Assign a business owner and a technical owner. The business owner defines outcomes; the technical owner confirms access, data handling, and integrations.
Use groups to separate departments, pilot cohorts, and admins, and keep highly sensitive sources out of shared knowledge until your access policy is set.
Document approved use cases and escalation paths before rollout so employees know what belongs in WizeOS and what should stay out.
