Invite your pilot team

Invite people who already own the target workflow. A good pilot group includes the operator, reviewer, manager, and one admin stakeholder.

Keep the first cohort small enough to support closely. Ten to twenty users is often better than opening access to the entire company immediately.

Tell users what success looks like: faster first drafts, better knowledge reuse, fewer unmanaged tools, or cleaner handoffs.
